The Lavoie Team is top notch! They helped us buy our house years ago and we approached them again to sell that house and buy another and they DELIVERED! They are detailed, on top of their game, helpful, always going the extra mile (they literally washed our dishes and scraped paint off our floors to get the house perfect for pictures and staging).
